All purchases from Soulxsigh are final sale. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not offered unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please review all product details, shipping information, and subscription terms before placing your order.

All Soulxsigh purchases are final sale.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not offered for buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, preference changes, missed cancellation deadlines, carrier delays after shipment, or orders mailed to the address entered at checkout.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@soulxsigh.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging
After the issue is reviewed, a replacement, partial replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable solution may be offered depending on the situation and available stock.
SOULXSIGH CIRCLE SUBSCRIPTIONS
The Soulxsigh Circle is a monthly subscription product made for that month’s members.
Soulxsigh Circle editions are final sale once the monthly order has renewed and the edition has moved into production, packing, or mailing.
Canceling your subscription stops future renewals. It does not refund the current edition if the charge has already processed and that edition has moved into production.
To avoid being charged for the next edition, please cancel before your next renewal date.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
If your address needs to be updated, please make the change before the monthly signup window closes. Once an order has moved into production, packing, or mailing, address changes may not apply to that edition.
Soulxsigh is not responsible for refunds, replacements, or reshipment costs if an order is mailed to the address entered at checkout or the address on file at the time of processing.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for the cost to mail it again.
MISSING OR DAMAGED SOULXSIGH CIRCLE MAIL
Soulxsigh Circle editions are shipped with tracked mailing.
If your edition arrives damaged, email hello@soulxsigh.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the mailer, packaging, and damaged items.
If your tracking shows an issue or your edition has not arrived after the expected mailing window, email hello@soulxsigh.com with your order details so the shipment can be reviewed.
Replacements are not guaranteed and depend on the issue reported, tracking information, and available extra stock. If a replacement is not available, another reasonable solution may be offered.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, email hello@soulxsigh.com as soon as possible.
Cancellations are not guaranteed. If an order has already moved into production, packing, mailing, or fulfillment, it may not be able to be canceled.
For Soulxsigh Circle subscriptions, canceling your subscription prevents future renewals but does not cancel or refund the current edition if the charge has already processed and the edition has moved into production.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Soulxsigh makes every effort to ship orders within the stated processing or mailing window.
Carrier delays after shipment are outside of Soulxsigh’s control. If there is an issue with tracking or delivery, email hello@soulxsigh.com so the shipment can be reviewed.
If Soulxsigh is unable to ship an order within the stated timeframe, customers will be contacted with the available options.
