These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions for using this website and purchasing from Soulxsigh.

By visiting this website, placing an order, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service and any other policies linked on this site, including the Refund Policy, Subscription Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.

OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Soulxsigh.

Soulxsigh offers books, printed goods, paper products, subscriptions, digital content where applicable, and other creative products.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the site, its products, or its customers.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

I do my best to describe and display products as accurately as possible. However, colors, paper textures, print tones, sizing, and product details may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, or production process.

Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and designs may change at any time without notice.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

You are responsible for reviewing your order details before checkout.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed. Payment information is handled securely by the payment processor used to operate the store. Soulxsigh does not store your full credit card number.

Soulxsigh may cancel or refuse an order if there is an issue with payment, inventory, product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect information, pricing errors, or another issue that prevents the order from being completed.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some products, including the Soulxsigh Circle, may be offered as subscriptions.

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the price, billing frequency, and terms shown at checkout.

The Soulxsigh Circle is a monthly subscription. Each edition is made for that month’s members after the monthly signup window closes.

To avoid being charged for the next edition, you must cancel before your next renewal charge processes.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund the current edition if the charge has already processed and the edition has moved into production.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping details, timelines, and costs are shown on the product page, checkout page, or related policy pages where applicable.

Soulxsigh Circle editions are mailed after the monthly signup window closes and the edition has been printed and packed.

Soulxsigh makes every effort to ship orders within the stated processing or mailing window. If Soulxsigh is unable to ship an order within the stated timeframe, customers will be contacted with the available options.

Delivery timelines are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise. Carrier delays after shipment are outside of Soulxsigh’s control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address. Soulxsigh is not responsible for delays, returns, lost mail, or reshipment costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All Soulxsigh purchases are final sale unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not offered for buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, preference changes, missed cancellation deadlines, carrier delays after shipment, or orders mailed to the address entered at checkout.

DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@soulxsigh.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If a tracked shipment shows an issue or has not arrived after the expected mailing window, email hello@soulxsigh.com with your order details so the shipment can be reviewed.

Replacements, store credit, refunds, or another reasonable solution may be offered depending on the issue, available stock, and order details.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT

All art, writing, poetry, photography, product designs, website copy, graphics, branding, layouts, images, printed goods, and other creative materials on this site are owned by Soulxsigh unless otherwise stated.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, reposted, resold, altered, uploaded, used commercially, or used as source material for another product, website, brand, account, book, design, subscription, artwork, or printed good without prior written permission.

Purchasing from Soulxsigh gives you the right to personally use, read, display, gift, or keep the physical product you purchased. It does not give you ownership of the copyright, artwork rights, writing rights, design rights, branding rights, or commercial rights.

Soulxsigh Circle materials are for personal use only. They may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, resold as individual pieces, redistributed, used in commercial products, or used to create directly copied or substantially similar printed goods, subscriptions, designs, artwork, books, websites, or social media content.

All rights are reserved.

PROHIBITED USES

You may not use this website, its content, or its products for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing purposes.

You may not attempt to copy, scrape, steal, reproduce, reverse engineer, imitate, or commercially exploit this website, its creative materials, product designs, writing, artwork, branding, or customer-facing content.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Soulxsigh’s liability for any claim related to an order, product, subscription, or use of the website is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service involved in the claim.

Some locations do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Soulxsigh may update these Terms of Service at any time. The most recent update date will appear at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the website after updates are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
