SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains where Soulxsigh ships, how orders are processed, and what to do if there is an issue with delivery.

WHERE I SHIP

The Soulxsigh Circle is currently available for U.S. shipping addresses only. International shipping is not available for the Soulxsigh Circle at this time.

Standalone shop orders ship to the destinations available at checkout.

SOULXSIGH CIRCLE MAILING TIMELINE

The Soulxsigh Circle is a monthly subscription product made for that month’s members.

The Soulxsigh Circle does not mail immediately after joining. Signups close on the 20th of each month unless another date is listed on the product page.

After signups close, that month’s edition moves into printing, packing, and mailing.

Soulxsigh Circle editions are expected to mail around the first week of the following month.

Mailing timelines are estimates and may shift due to production timing, carrier delays, holidays, or other issues outside of Soulxsigh’s control.

SOULXSIGH CIRCLE SHIPPING COST

Tracked mailing is included in the Soulxsigh Circle subscription price for eligible U.S. addresses.

SOULXSIGH CIRCLE TRACKING

Soulxsigh Circle editions are mailed with tracking.

Once your edition is ready to mail, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

OTHER ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders outside of the Soulxsigh Circle are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing times may be longer during launches, high-volume periods, preorder periods, or for made-to-order items.

OTHER ORDER DELIVERY TIME

Standard U.S. delivery for non-subscription orders is generally 3 to 7 business days after the order ships, depending on the carrier and destination.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

TRACKING FOR OTHER ORDERS

If tracking is included with your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Some smaller letters or flat mailers may not include full tracking due to the mailing format used.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

Please double-check your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code before submitting your order.

For the Soulxsigh Circle, address updates must be submitted before the monthly signup window closes to apply to that month’s edition.

If an order is mailed to the address entered at checkout or the address on file at the time of processing, Soulxsigh is not responsible for refunds, replacements, or reshipment costs due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address.

RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE MAIL

If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for the cost to mail it again.

Reshipment is not guaranteed and depends on whether the item is returned in usable condition and whether replacement stock is available.

LOST, LATE, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is handled by the carrier.

If your order has not arrived after the expected mailing window, or if tracking shows an issue, email hello@soulxsigh.com with your order number and details.

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@soulxsigh.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

After the issue is reviewed, a replacement, partial replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable solution may be offered depending on the situation, tracking information, and available stock.
