SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

This Subscription Policy explains how Soulxsigh subscriptions work, including recurring billing, cancellations, renewals, and address updates.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize the payment method used at checkout to be charged on a recurring basis according to the price, billing frequency, and terms shown at checkout.

Soulxsigh does not store your full credit card number. Payment details are handled securely by the payment processor or subscription provider used to operate the store.

SOULXSIGH CIRCLE

The Soulxsigh Circle is a monthly subscription. Each edition is made for that month’s members after the monthly signup window closes.

The Soulxsigh Circle does not mail immediately after purchase. Signups close on the 20th of each month unless another date is listed on the product page. After signups close, that month’s edition moves into printing, packing, and mailing.

HOW TO CANCEL

You can cancel your subscription through your customer account, subscription portal, or by contacting hello@soulxsigh.com.

There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees. Canceling stops future renewals.

CANCELLATION TIMING

To avoid being charged for the next edition, you must cancel before your next renewal charge processes.

If a renewal charge has already processed, cancellation will apply to future renewals only.

Canceling your subscription does not automatically cancel or refund the current edition if that edition has already moved into production.

REFUNDS

Soulxsigh Circle editions are final sale once the monthly order has renewed and the edition has moved into production.

Refunds are not available for missed cancellation deadlines, forgetting to cancel before renewal, buyer’s remorse, preference changes, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or address updates submitted too late.

ADDRESS UPDATES

Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping address complete and current.

For the Soulxsigh Circle, address updates must be submitted before the monthly signup window closes to apply to that month’s edition.

If an address is updated after production or mailing prep has started, the update may apply to a future edition instead.

FAILED PAYMENTS

If a subscription payment fails, the payment processor or subscription provider may retry the payment.

If payment cannot be completed, the subscription may be paused, canceled, or left unfulfilled until payment is resolved.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Soulxsigh Circle editions are mailed after the monthly signup window closes and the edition has been printed and packed.

Carrier delays after shipment are outside of Soulxsigh’s control. If there is an issue with tracking or delivery, email hello@soulxsigh.com so the shipment can be reviewed.
